Hossein Shokri, the Secretary of Economic Development of Knowledge-Based Advanced Transportation and Space Deputy of the Presidential Science and Technology Deputy, visited ISQI last Thursday and, during a meeting, was briefed on the latest status of its laboratory development projects.
In this meeting, Saeed Tajik, the CEO of ISQI, along with his deputies, the director of the automotive and environmental testing center, the communications director, as well as the CEO of AQS company, were present.
During this session, Saeed Tajik presented the activities of ISQI and elaborated on its capabilities and existing infrastructure. He also discussed the latest status of laboratory development projects in the current year, covering areas such as the establishment of a car crash test center, upgrading the passenger car emissions laboratory to Euro 6 standards, establishing an EMC laboratory for electric vehicles, and creating a center for compliance with international standards.
It was further decided that the vice presidency for science, technology and knowledge-based economy would take measures to facilitate the implementation of projects and unfulfilled promises of that organization.
Additionally, in the future, ISQI is expected to participate as a representative of this deputy in joint meetings with Russian delegations for standardization, testing, and inspection purposes.
