Iran’s situation in macroeconomic indicators and sustainable development

Saeed Tajik, during a speech at the “Enigma of Development in Troubled Economies” conference, examined Iran’s situation in macroeconomic indicators and sustainable development.

According to this speech, Iran, with its large size, population and numerous resources, has not been able to aim and move in line with the countries of the region in the direction of sustainable development and in order not to be left behind, it is necessary to take several measures to move from centralized government-oriented development to broad participation-oriented development.

It should be noted that the aforementioned conference was held last Wednesday in the conference hall of the Iran Chamber with the presence of Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, the former Minister of SAMT and the founder of dozens of industrial and petrochemical factories in the country, Mehdi Karbasian, the head of several steel, copper and coal complexes, Behrouz Riahi, expert and official expert of standards and quality, Alireza Nabi, social entrepreneur and founder of Dr. Nabi Charity Foundation, Saeed Tajik, member of the delegation of Tehran Chamber of Commerce and CEO of Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company, and Abbas Taghodsinejad, CEO of Aftab International Exhibition were held.
