According to the announcement of the Asia-Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), the National Accreditation Center of Iran has successfully achieved a 97% positive vote in the equivalence assessment, allowing for the renewal and expansion of its full membership in this cooperation.
Membership in the international accreditation union assures customers and applicants of accreditation bodies that the accreditation system possesses international competence to conduct relevant activities. In this regard, certificates issued by the National Accreditation Center of Iran are valid and reliable worldwide.
One of the effects of this national and international event on our country is the development and promotion of bilateral and multilateral international trade agreements, as well as the official recognition of inspection bodies and accredited laboratories endorsed by governments and the private sector of all member countries.
Therefore, Saeed Tajik, the CEO of ISQI, congratulated the efforts of the National Standards Organization of Iran for this success and expressed hope that this achievement would boost the testing and inspection industry and reduce foreign currency outflows from the country.
