After-Sales Service Evaluation in the Trailer (Semi-Trailer) Industry
After-sales services in the trailer (semi-trailer) industry, given the role of these products in transportation and the importance of safety, durability, and continuity of operation, hold a special position. In this regard, in 2014, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, with the aim of improving service levels, creating a competitive environment, and enhancing the capabilities of trailer manufacturers/distributors, in cooperation with Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI), trailer suppliers, and other industry experts, developed and issued after-sales service requirements.
In continuation of this approach, since the beginning of 2015, and within the framework of the Directive on the Conditions, Regulations, and Evaluation of After-Sales Services in the Trailer Industry, manufacturers/distributors have been periodically evaluated. Within the scope of its assigned responsibilities, Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI) also evaluates and monitors the after-sales service status of manufacturers/distributors and their authorized dealership networks, with the aim of assessing compliance with requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing service quality.
This process is carried out using the specialized knowledge and experience of evaluators, as well as information technology infrastructure, electronic checklists, and web-based systems. The evaluation results, presented through management reports and dashboards, enable the monitoring and analysis of after-sales service performance.
After-Sales Service Evaluation Includes:
- Evaluation of the after-sales service status of all trailer manufacturers/distributors (including manufacturers and importers)
- Evaluation of authorized after-sales service dealerships of trailer manufacturers/distributors
- Surveys of all customers of the after-sales services provided by trailer manufacturers/distributors
Evaluation and monitoring of the performance of all companies active in the trailer industry, including Mammut Trailer, Vazin Persia, Maral, Orum Trailer, and others.
