After-Sales Service Evaluation for Goods and Equipment
After-sales services in the goods and equipment sector, given the wide variety of products, technological complexity, and increasing consumer expectations, play an important role in maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI), with the aim of evaluating and monitoring the after-sales services of companies supplying goods and equipment, operates across a wide range of industries, including mobile phones and IT equipment, household appliances, electrical and electronic equipment, audio-visual and communication equipment, sports equipment, office and home furniture, and industrial equipment and tools.
Drawing on the knowledge and experience of specialized experts, this unit evaluates and monitors the after-sales service status of companies and their authorized dealership networks as the representative and implementer of evaluation processes within the framework of the requirements and mandates assigned by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the National Standards Organization of Iran, and the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization.
In line with developing its specialized capabilities and playing a more effective role in the field of after-sales service evaluation, in 2024, Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI) successfully obtained a certificate of conformity based on Iranian National Standard No. 16329 in the field of household appliances from the National Standards Organization of Iran. This achievement demonstrates that the company possesses the specialized requirements and capabilities necessary to carry out evaluation processes in this field.
After-Sales Service Evaluation Includes:
- Evaluation and ranking of the after-sales service status of companies and their authorized dealerships under their coverage, based on the Directive on the Conditions and Regulations for the Quality Evaluation and Ranking of After-Sales Services for Durable Consumer Goods.
- Issuance of after-sales service adequacy certificates for companies applying to register for or renew import permits for durable consumer goods, mobile phones, IT products, household appliances, electrical and electronic products, audio-visual products, air-conditioning and HVAC equipment, and industrial tools and equipment.
- Customer surveys and measurement of customer satisfaction with after-sales services.
- Market research.
Evaluation and monitoring of the performance of all companies active in the goods and equipment industry, including Pakshoma, Entekhab Industrial Group (Snowa, Daewoo), Parto Sard Tavan (Himalia), Novavaran Fan Avazeh (Digikala), Iran Sewing Machine Factories (Kachiran), Iranian Electronics Mojarab (Nasa), Arjmand Rahavard Pouya (Vidas), Pars Electric Factories, Shahab, Butan Industrial Group, Donar Khazar, and other suppliers.
