After-Sales Service Evaluation for Bicycles

After-sales service in the bicycle industry, given the diversity of products, market development, and the increasing use of bicycles as a means of transportation and for sports and recreational activities, plays an important role in maintaining product quality, safety, and consumer satisfaction. In this regard, Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI), drawing on its specialized capabilities, operates in the field of evaluating and monitoring the after-sales services of bicycle manufacturers/distributors and their service networks.

These evaluations focus on the extent to which the performance of manufacturers/distributors and authorized dealerships complies with the relevant requirements and regulations, as well as the status of service provision, parts supply, and customer responsiveness. They are conducted with the aim of identifying strengths and areas for improvement and enhancing the quality of after-sales services.

As part of this process, ISQI uses information technology infrastructure, web-based systems, and electronic and online checklists to register and manage evaluation data. The evaluation results, presented through management reports and dashboards, enable the monitoring and analysis of the performance of the after-sales service network.

After-Sales Service Evaluation Includes:

• Evaluation of the after-sales service status of bicycle manufacturers/distributors.
• Evaluation of the performance of authorized after-sales service dealerships of bicycle manufacturers/distributors.
• Customer surveys and measurement of customer satisfaction with after-sales services.

Evaluation and monitoring of the performance of all companies active in the bicycle industry, including Moradi & Sons Trading Company, Aseman Abi Shekari, Behnam Charkh, Dino Motor Qom, Yektaz Cyclet Kavir, and other bicycle suppliers.
