After-Sales Service Evaluation for Motorcycles
After-sales service is one of the key pillars of the motorcycle industry and a factor that contributes to maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and consumer confidence. Given the importance of this issue, in 2014, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, in cooperation with Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI), motorcycle manufacturers/distributors, and other industry experts, undertook the development and issuance of requirements and regulations governing after-sales services for motorcycles.
With more than a decade of specialized experience in this field, Iran Standard & Quality Inspection Company (ISQI) is responsible for evaluating the after-sales services of motorcycle manufacturers/distributors and their authorized dealership networks. These evaluations are conducted to measure the extent to which companies comply with the requirements, identify areas for improvement, enhance service quality, and increase customer satisfaction.
In this process, ISQI uses information technology infrastructure, web-based systems, and electronic and online checklists to manage the evaluation and information registration processes in an integrated manner. The evaluation results are also made available through online dashboards and reports, enabling monitoring, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
After-Sales Service Evaluation Includes:
- Evaluation of the after-sales service status of motorcycle manufacturers/distributors.
- Evaluation of the performance of authorized after-sales service dealerships of motorcycle manufacturers/distributors.
- Customer surveys and measurement of customer satisfaction with after-sales services.
- Evaluation of the adequacy of after-sales services provided by companies applying to register for or renew motorcycle import permits.
Evaluation and monitoring of the performance of all companies active in the motorcycle industry, including Nikrun Motor Pasargad, Niroo Motor, Yektaz Cyclet Kavir, Iran Docharkh, Pishtaz Motor Tous, Jahan Hamta Cyclet, Hani Motor, and other motorcycle suppliers.
