This service is conducted to examine and verify the conformity of imported goods with the purchase documents, shipping documents, and relevant requirements at the points of entry of the goods. In cases where the imported goods are not subject to mandatory standards and technical regulations, the shipment is inspected in terms of its appearance and quantity, and if the goods are confirmed to conform to the submitted documents, a Bank Inspection Certificate (Inspection Certificate – IC) is issued.

Stages of Inspection at Destination:

*Visual and Quantitative Inspection at Destination

Examination of the goods’ appearance, type of packaging, quantity, weight, and volume.

* Verification Against Purchase and Shipping Documents

Examination of the specifications and quantity of the goods and verification against the purchase order and shipping documents.

*Issuance of General Inspection Report and Inspection Certificate (IC)

Recording, documentation, and submission of the inspection report and inspection certificate in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
