بازرسی خودرو

حوزه CNG

بازرسی ادواری خودروهای گازسوز (CNG) چرا مهم است؟

مخازن CNG خودروهای گازسوز به طور مرتب پر و خالی می شود بنابراین افزایش و کاهش فشار دوره ای باعث ترک های خستگی و رشد آن در جداره فلزی می شود. زمانی که ترک خستگی در جداره فلزی مخزن رشد می کند، باعث نشت و یا انفجار مخزن می شود. با عملیات بازرسی براساس استانداردهای بین المللی و ملی می توان از وقوع حوادث ناگوار جلوگیری نمود.

نصب سامانه گازسوز خودروها از جمله کیت و مخزن در کدام مراکز مجاز می باشد؟

با توجه به اهمیت قطعات کیت CNG که می بایست در فشارهای کاری بالا عملکرد مناسب داشته باشند، این مهم می بایست زیر نظر بازرسان ذیصلاح سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران در مراکز خدمات فنی CNG که پروانه کاربری مجاز دارند انجام و گواهی سلامت اخذ شود. کارگاه های غیر مجاز و یا به اصطلاح "زیر پله" مجاز به نصب قطعات نبوده و در صورت بروز حادثه که معمولا حادثه جانی در بر دارد شرکت ها و بیمه قبول خسارت نمی کنند.

بازرسی قطعات

قطعات خودرو براساس چه معیارها و استانداردهایی بازرسی می شوند؟

قطعات براساس استانداردهای ملی اجباری، استانداردهای کارخانه ای و تست پلن های خودروساز مورد بازرسی قرار می گیرند.

آیا قطعات یدکی مصرفی در بازار مورد بازرسی قرار می گیرند؟

در حال حاضر فقط قطعات تهیه شده توسط شرکت ایساکو مورد بازرسی این شرکت قرار می‌گیرند.

آیا امکان استعلام کیفیت قطعات از شرکت ISQI وجود دارد؟

در حال حاضر سیستم یکپارچه در این خصوص وجود ندارد.

تایید نوع

فرآیند تایید نوع خودروهای تولیدی:

بر اساس دستور العمل تایید نوع وسایل نقلیه موتوری با شماره استاندارد ملی 6924 که مشتمل بر استانداردهای 85 گانه خودرویی می باشد؛ هر خودرو می بایست متناسب با گروه خودرویی که به آن تعلق دارد الزامات و استانداردهای مربوطه به آن خودرو را بر آورده نماید و همزمان با ارائه مستندات و مدارک خودرو، می بایست الزامات و نیازمندی های مربوط به تولید آن خودرو در داخل کشور متناسب با دستورالعمل صدور گواهینامه تایید نوع و تطابق تولید وسایل نقلیه تولید داخل به تاریخ تجدید نظر 1400/11/09 رعایت نماید. که پس از انجام این دو مرحله صدور مجوز مورد تاییدیه از جانب مرجع ذی صلاح که در این مورد سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران می باشد صادر می گردد.

هر خودرو در مرحله تایید نوع مشتمل بر چند استاندارد می باشد:

هر خودرو متناسب با گروه خودرویی که مطابق دستور العمل تایید نوع وسایل نقلیه موتوری به شماره استاندارد ملی 6924 تعریف گردیده است؛ مشمول استانداردهای اجباری می گردد. که تعدا این استانداردها برای گروه های خودرویی متفاوت می باشد. به طور مثال برای گروه خودرویی M1 که شامل خودروهای سواری می باشند؛ حدودا 62 استاندارد اجباری می باشد که متناسب با نوع برقی بودن یا دو گانه سوز بودن خودروی مذکور به این تعداد اضافه می گردد.

خودروها در کجا تست می شوند:

هنگامی که خودروها در مرحله تایید نوع و آزمون های ادواری قرار دارند جهت برآورده سازی الزامات استاندارد های مربوطه آزمون هایی را می بایست انجام دهند که این آزمون ها در مراکز معتبر که دارای گواهینامه 17025 می باشند مورد آزمون قرار می گیرند.

به طور مثال در مرحله تایید نوع کلیه استاندارد های اجباری که مشمول یک گروه خودرویی می‌شوند می بایست در این مراکز آزمون گردیده ولیکن اگر خودرو در مرحله تطابق تولید باشد هر ساله متناسب با لیست استاندارد های اعلامی که از طرف سازمان ملی استاندارد تعیین می‌شود، آزمون های مربوطه انجام گرفته و نتایج به شرکت های بازرسی ارائه می گردد.

تاثیر ارزیابی ادواری بر کیفیت نهایی محصولات تولیدی:

مطابق با دستورالعمل صدور گواهینامه تایید نوع و تطابق تولید وسایل نقلیه تولید داخل به تاریخ تجدید نظر 1400/11/09 شرکت های بازرسی موظف هستند که در هر سال حداقل 4 مرحله از خطوط تولید خودروسازان بازدید به عمل آورد. که در طی این بازدیدها می بایست عوامل ریسک پذیر و تاثیر گذار بر کیفیت نهایی محصول شناسایی و جهت کاهش این عوامل اقدامات اصلاحی توسط تولید کننده انجام می پذیرد و همچنین اصالت خودروی تولیدی با نمونه اولیه که تایید نوع دریافت نموده مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.

تاثیر این ارزیابی ادواری بدین ترتیب می باشد که فرآیندهای سیستمی یا تولیدی که باعث تاثیر نامطلوب بر روی کیفیت تولید خودرو می گذارد را شناسایی نموده و متناسب با میزان ریسک پدیده مشاهده شده واکنش های متناسب جهت جلوگیری از وقوع مجدد موارد نامنطبق انجام می پذیرد. در صورتی که امتیاز های منفی مشاهده شده در طول یک دوره بازرسی بیشتر از حد مجاز استاندارد تعریف شده باشد؛ گواهینامه تایید نوع واحد تولیدی تعلیق می گردد و حتی منجر به ابطال گواهینامه تایید نوع می گردد.
