Parts Inspection
Automotive Parts Inspection is one of the important and key departments of Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company (ISQI). Activities of the Automotive Parts Inspection Department include the inspection of manufactured products and their conformity with national and international standards in the automotive and powertrain industries, as well as the inspection of consumable parts used in after-sales services throughout the manufacturing and production process.
The Parts Inspection Department has been active in the field of automotive parts inspection since 1990.

* Preparation of control and inspection plans, review and approval of product development documents for Iran Khodro, SAIPA, Sazeh Gostar, Mega Motor, SAPCO, Iran Khodro Diesel, Behran Mehvar, ISACO, and Ezam
* Conducting more than 600 production-line process audits for suppliers
* Conducting root-cause analysis and identifying risks in production-line processes
* Conducting problem-solving activities at automotive parts manufacturing companies
* Conducting product audits using the SQFE and RCM methods
* Monitoring raw material testing and conformity with the BOM
* Inspection of incoming parts, in-process parts, and final products covering more than 2,500 part numbers at parts manufacturers
* Evaluation of suppliers and parts manufacturers throughout Iran

* Reviewing drawings, technical documents, and standard specifications provided by clients
* Preparing and reviewing technical documents based on client requirements, such as SSQR2 and ISSR
* Preparing required test methods, including dimensional tests and tests for material analysis, mechanical and physical properties, and functional performance
* Preparing and developing control plans for monitoring the production process
* Inspecting the assembly process in accordance with the product manufacturing technology and required tests, and identifying control stations
* Conducting process audits in accordance with current international standards
* Conducting production process audits during the initial approval stage of a part
* Conducting safety audits at manufacturers producing safety-related or regulatory parts
* Prepared and developed inspection procedures and control forms, including acceptance criteria.
* Inspecting products in accordance with the reference standards used for product design
* Monitoring all destructive and non-destructive tests and required inspections, and preparing test reports
* Conducting product quality evaluations (product audits)
* Reviewing the product development process from the commencement of the parts production contract through mass production
* Monitoring the calibration of tools and equipment used in the parts production process
* Conducting in-person and online training courses covering all quality tools
