Technical Inspection of Cableways
Backed by four decades of experience in technical inspection and engineering services, the company has succeeded, as the largest inspection company, in obtaining its certificate of accreditation from the National Standards Organization of Iran, enabling it to carry out inspections of cableway systems (including cable cars, chairlifts, aerial ropeways, ski lifts, and others) across all inspection stages, including manufacturing, installation, operation, and periodic inspection, both inside and outside the country. Based on the inspections performed, the company can issue operating permits, permits for the release of equipment from all customs offices across the country, or inspection reports.
The specialized services provided in the field of technical inspection of cableway systems are as follows:
* Conducting manufacturing, installation, operation, and periodic inspections of all cableway systems since 2017
* Conducting import inspections, including inspections at origin and destination, for all cableway components
* Conducting all specialized tests required to assess the safety of the components of each cableway system, including:
* Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT)
* Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including MT, PT, UT, and RT, of critical components subject to fatigue loading and welded elements
* Lock anti-slip testing
* Vibration testing of components and bearings of drive systems
* Testing of earthing and lightning protection systems
