This service is conducted to independently assess the factory’s production processes, quality control systems, and operational requirements and to evaluate their level of conformity with relevant standards, contractual requirements, and agreed technical specifications.

In this process, inspectors assess the strengths, risks, and potential non-conformities by reviewing the production and quality control systems, main production processes, raw materials and incoming materials, equipment and machinery, operating procedures, in-process controls, quality tests and inspections, and related documentation.

The purpose of the audit is to assess the factory’s capability and capacity to continuously produce products in accordance with specified requirements and to identify quality risks before the product is supplied or purchased.
