  • Iran Standard and Quality Inspection Company, one of the best and most renowned companies providing engineering, inspection and laboratory services in the country, conducts its professional, impartial and committed activities in compliance with national and international standards, rules and regulations and considering dimensions of quality, safety, health and environment are followed in order to achieve the following goals:

    • Identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders and trying to improve their level of satisfaction.
    • Identifying and using individual and group talents and improving the level of awareness, technical knowledge, and practical skills of employees with the approach of education and knowledge management in order to improve the quality of services
    • Increasing the use of new technologies and advanced laboratory equipment;

       Efforts to prevent accidents and human injuries and environmental pollution in order to reduce or control health and safety risks and environmental aspects and their risks and to move in the direction of managing and optimizing the consumption of resources;

    • Promoting the spirit of cooperation, punctuality, and efficient discipline in order to respect and treat the stakeholders appropriately;

    • Increasing productive employment and the company’s profitability through creating/increasing market share by focusing on testing services, entering new markets and evaluating and measuring gaps, and adding new services.

    • Sustainable development with a responsible and long-term view towards all stakeholders in the company’s business with the aim of contributing to building a better and safer world, reducing environmental pollutants and trying to solve social concerns, including equal job opportunities without in terms of ethnic, gender and religious discrimination, based on the basic principle of meritocracy

    • In this regard, the processes of the organization are organized based on the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 10015, HSE-MS guide and also ISO 27001 (in accordance with the policy with the document code PO-MA-04) and the policies mentioned It has been placed at the top of the activities according to the existing strategies.

    Therefore, in this way, I and all colleagues commit to maintain stable operations in the path of achieving the mentioned goals, continuously improve activities and increase customer satisfaction as much as possible, and play our part in this regard.

    Changes in internal and external issues, changes in the needs and expectations of stakeholders, as well as the results of management review meetings and suggestions system feedback can be used as a basis for reviewing the need to update this statement and ensure that it is understood at all levels of the organization.
