Evaluation of after sales service

Evaluation of after sales service aims to evaluate and monitor the after sales service system of the supplier and intermediary of after-sales service vehicles and their authorized repair shops. In accordance with the terms of the automotive aftermarket service regulations, approved by the Automotive Policy Council, the evaluation of the after-sales service system of car companies is carried out annually for a six-month period and the assessment of their authorized dealers.

The evaluation activities of this unit include:
  • Periodic inspection of car after sales services

The Department of Automobile Aftermarket Inspection Services, based on its valuable experiences and expertly experienced experts, evaluates the periodic post-sales service status of all car suppliers and authorized car repair firms on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce. .

  • Provide after sales service licenses for all applicant companies to register and renew car import licenses

Based on the requirement of the Ministry of Mining and Trade, all companies that are applying for import of cars should be evaluated and approved for the adequacy of after-sales services. The implementation of this assessment by the ministry is the responsibility of Iran’s Quality and Standard Quality Inspection.

  • Assessment of sales systems of car suppliers and authorized dealers

The Department of Vehicle Inspection Services uses expert experts and experienced professionals to periodically assess the status of the sales service of all car suppliers and authorized car repair firms on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Commerce.
